The use of the knife sharpener (or honing steel) ensures an impeccable edge maintenance. Characterized by the simplicity of its shape and its lightweight, the exclusive material of the knife and sharpener makes them highly resistant, perfect for daily use.
- Precision and durability: This slicing knife set is made using a stainless steel patented technique by Arcos called Nitrum, which provides increased durability, hardness, and high precision cutting. The knife is a solid and light piece thanks to the union of the handle with the blade by direct injection.
- Ergonomic and safe design: The handle of the knives and sharpeners is lightweight and has smooth shapes and rounded lines for a comfortable grip. It has been made in polypropylene (PP) so it is highly resistant to detergents and extreme temperature. It can be cleaned using chemicals and is suitable for the dishwasher.
