The E000TIN taps from Dormer have a spiral point design, making them suitable for through holes (holes which go all the way through the work piece). They are manufactured conforming to the International Standards organisation and have a titanium nitride coating which increases the life of the tap and gives improved performance when threading harder materials. The taps are available to produce metric coarse threads from M3 to M20 and are manufactured from powder metal High Speed cobalt, giving you great performance and extended tool life. E000TIN taps are very versatile and can be used for threading many materials including steels, stainless steel and aluminium.
